Welcome to Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, online galleries, booking services, payment pages, and photography-related services.
By using this website, submitting a booking, purchasing photography products or services, or accessing a client gallery, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable Photography Policies.
Photography Services
Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography provides photography services including family, child, newborn, senior, seasonal, daycare, preschool, school, youth sports, and event photography.
Specific session details, prices, deliverables, dates, and other terms may vary by service and will be provided at booking, purchase, or through an applicable agreement.
Booking or purchasing a service does not guarantee a particular pose, expression, background result, or number of usable images unless specifically stated in writing.
Booking & Payment
Some sessions, events, Picture Day packages, and products require advance payment.
A booking is not considered confirmed until any required payment or booking requirements have been completed.
Clients are responsible for reviewing their booking information before submitting payment.
Prices, packages, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Once a purchase has been completed, the terms and pricing applicable to that purchase will generally remain in effect.
Purchases & Refunds
Because photography services and digital products are customized, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds are not provided simply because of personal preference, a change of mind, child cooperation, or failure to use or download purchased photographs.
Additional cancellation and rescheduling requirements are provided on our Photography Policies page or in the terms associated with a specific session.
Digital Images
Digital-image purchases include only the number of photographs specified in the package or product purchased.
Digital photographs are delivered electronically through an online gallery or another approved delivery method.
Clients are responsible for securely downloading and backing up delivered photographs.
Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography does not guarantee permanent storage or indefinite availability of completed galleries.
Client Galleries
Online galleries may contain watermarked preview photographs for viewing and selection.
Access to a gallery does not grant ownership or permission to download, screenshot, reproduce, edit, publish, or distribute unpaid photographs.
Gallery passwords, PINs, or other private access information should not be shared with unauthorized individuals.
Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography may restrict or discontinue gallery access when necessary to protect client privacy, copyright, or gallery security.
Copyright
All photographs created by Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography are protected by copyright law and remain the intellectual property of Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography unless copyright ownership is specifically transferred in writing.
Purchasing digital photographs does not transfer copyright ownership.
When personal print rights are included, the client may print and share purchased photographs for personal, noncommercial purposes.
Unless written permission is provided, photographs may not be:
Sold or licensed to another person or business
Used in commercial advertising
Entered into commercial publications as the client's own work
Used to create products for resale
Have the photographer's watermark or branding removed from unpaid previews
Reproduced or distributed before purchase
Editing Photographs
Purchased photographs may be cropped as reasonably necessary for personal printing or social-media placement.
Clients may not substantially alter the photographer's work and represent the altered image as the original work of Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography.
Unpurchased or watermarked gallery previews may not be edited, filtered, altered, screenshot, or modified using conventional editing software, artificial intelligence, watermark-removal technology, or similar tools.
Photographer Editing
Final images are professionally edited according to the style and artistic judgment of Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography.
Standard editing is included where stated.
Additional or advanced retouching may require an additional fee.
Requests to alter the photographer's established editing style are not guaranteed.
Image Selection
When clients are responsible for choosing photographs from a gallery, selections should be reviewed carefully before submission.
Once final images have been edited, released, printed, or ordered based on a client's submitted selections, replacement selections may not be available without an additional charge.
Photographing Children
A child's expressions, participation, eye contact, comfort level, positioning, and cooperation cannot be guaranteed.
Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography will make reasonable efforts to obtain quality images while prioritizing the child's comfort and safety.
The number and variety of photographs produced may vary between children.
Participation in a photography service does not guarantee a particular expression, pose, or result.
Parent, Guardian & Organization Authorization
When a booking, order, or Picture Day involves a minor, the person completing the transaction represents that they are authorized to make decisions relating to the purchase or participation.
Daycares, preschools, schools, teams, and organizations are responsible for communicating any applicable participation requirements to parents or guardians according to their own policies.
Website use or purchase alone does not automatically grant Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography permission to use a child's photograph for advertising or promotional purposes where separate authorization or consent is required.
Prints & Physical Products
Professional prints and products may vary slightly in color from photographs viewed on phones, tablets, or computer monitors.
Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography is not responsible for print quality, color differences, cropping, or other issues resulting from products ordered independently through an outside printing service.
Clients should inspect professionally ordered products promptly after receiving them and report potential production defects within a reasonable period.
Website Content
All website content, including photography, branding, graphics, logos, written content, layouts, and other original materials, belongs to Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography or is used with appropriate permission.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or commercially used without authorization.
Acceptable Website Use
You agree not to use this website, booking system, galleries, or related services to:
Attempt unauthorized access to private galleries or accounts
Interfere with website security
Copy or obtain unpaid photographs
Remove watermarks without authorization

Photography Policies
Additional requirements regarding cancellations, rescheduling, Picture Days, late arrivals, image delivery, watermarked previews, retouching, and other photography-specific matters are provided in our Photography Policies.
Those policies are incorporated into these Terms when applicable to the service purchased.
Changes to These Terms
Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Changes will generally apply prospectively and will not retroactively change an already completed purchase unless required by law or agreed to by the parties.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
