Photography Policies

At Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography, our goal is to provide a smooth, enjoyable photography experience from booking through final delivery. Please review the following policies before booking or purchasing.

Booking & Payment

All sessions, Picture Day packages, upgrades, add-ons, and special offers must be paid according to the terms provided at booking.

Some sessions and events require full payment in advance to reserve your date and time.

A session or order is not considered confirmed until any required payment has been received.

Prices, promotions, and package availability are subject to change. Promotional pricing is valid only during the advertised promotional period.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of photography services and digital products, all sales are final.

Payments for completed photography services, digital images, prints, Picture Day packages, upgrades, and add-ons are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected situations happen.

If you need to reschedule a private photography session, please contact Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography as soon as possible.

Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability.

Weather-related sessions may be rescheduled when conditions would prevent a safe or successful photography session.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of payments already made.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.

Late arrival may reduce the amount of photography time available and does not guarantee that the session can be extended.

For mini sessions and scheduled events, sessions must remain within their reserved time slot to avoid delaying other clients.

Children & Cooperation

Every child is different, and expressions, poses, eye contact, smiles, and the number of usable images may vary based on the child's age, mood, comfort level, and cooperation.

Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography cannot guarantee a specific expression, pose, or number of successful photographs.

For Picture Day packages that include two images, if two suitable photographs cannot be captured due to the child's cooperation, no refund will be issued. When applicable, a complimentary Name & Year enhancement may be offered instead.

Our priority is always to create a positive and comfortable experience for the child.

Picture Day Policies

For daycare, preschool, school, and youth organization Picture Days, children may be photographed according to the arrangements made with the participating facility or organization.

Prepaid packages include only the products and number of images listed in the package description.

Sibling portraits are not automatically included with individual Picture Day packages unless specifically stated. A sibling package or sibling add-on must be purchased when required.

Picture Day schedules may change based on attendance, classroom schedules, child cooperation, or facility needs.

Image Selection

When a package includes a specific number of digital photographs, clients are responsible for carefully selecting their included images.

Please make sure you have selected the correct photographs before completing or submitting your selections.

Additional images may be purchased separately when available.

Digital Downloads

Digital packages include only the number of downloads listed in the package purchased.

Clients should confirm that they are downloading the correct images before using their available downloads.

Watermarks displayed in online galleries or previews will not appear on properly purchased final digital downloads.

Downloading, screenshotting, copying, altering, or sharing unpaid watermarked images is prohibited.

All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography.

Purchased digital images include personal-use printing rights unless otherwise stated.

Personal-use rights allow clients to print and share their purchased photographs for personal purposes.

Images may not be sold, commercially reproduced, significantly altered, have watermarks removed, or be used for advertising or commercial purposes without written permission.

Screenshots & Unpurchased Images

Gallery previews are provided for viewing and image selection.

Screenshots, screen recordings, editing, cropping out watermarks, AI watermark removal, filters, or sharing unpurchased images are not permitted.

Only purchased or officially delivered photographs may be downloaded and shared.

Editing & Retouching

Standard professional editing is included with delivered photographs.

Advanced retouching may require an additional fee.

Examples may include:

• Stain or clothing cleanup

• Boo-Boo Repair

• Hair repair

• Extensive skin retouching

• Object removal

• Detailed background corrections

• Other advanced editing requests

Name & Year enhancements and other specialty options may also be available for purchase.

Turnaround Time

Typical Picture Day galleries and prepaid images are delivered approximately 7–10 business days after Picture Day unless otherwise stated.

Private-session turnaround times may vary depending on the type of session and time of year.

Print-production and shipping times are separate from photography editing time.

Prints & Products

Colors may appear slightly different between computer screens, mobile devices, and professionally printed photographs.

Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography is not responsible for differences caused by third-party printers when clients choose to print photographs independently.

For the best quality, professional printing through the client gallery is recommended when available.

Online Galleries

Online galleries may remain available for a limited period.

Clients are encouraged to download and safely back up purchased digital photographs once they are delivered.

Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography does not guarantee indefinite storage of galleries or purchased images.

Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during photography sessions.

Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or damaged personal items.

Safety

The safety of children, families, staff, and the photographer is always the priority.

Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography reserves the right to stop or modify a pose, setup, activity, or session if it is considered unsafe.

Parents, guardians, teachers, or facility staff remain responsible for supervising children when appropriate.

Photographer Illness or Emergency

If Tiny Toes to Tassels Photography is unable to photograph a scheduled session because of illness, emergency, severe weather, equipment failure, or another situation outside reasonable control, every effort will be made to reschedule the session or provide an appropriate alternative.
